What comes in doesn't sit in a private inbox but is visible to everyone in the shared regional pool. Whoever claims a report is visible to all. This avoids duplicate deployments, and at the end of the season, a clean, seamless documentation remains.

How much does Hivora Cloud cost?

Reporting sightings and the basic features are free. Advanced features for associations and federations – such as nest management and reporting forms – are available through plans. Members of an organisation use the features enabled for them at no cost. Individuals can start with the free Observer plan or the Supporter plan.

Do I need an account?

For the platform, yes – after signing up you get the tools that match your chosen plan. You can still report a sighting publicly without an account: through the HornetLog app or an embedded reporting form.

Who can use Hivora Cloud?

Citizens, beekeeping associations, federations and organisations. Roles and permissions ensure each group sees exactly the features and data relevant to its task.

How does Hivora Cloud support nest removal?

Nests are documented with position, status, notes and history, reports can be taken over and the next steps coordinated within the team. The actual removal is carried out by trained or authorised people – Hivora Cloud keeps the process traceable.

Do I need to install software?

No. Hivora Cloud runs in the browser. You install the software for your Hivora Sense bait stations directly from the browser when needed – without any additional programs.
